Commercial Semi-Variable Rate Loans
Based on owner goals, we can customize loan terms to optimize loan rates, including
fixed year terms of 1, 3, 5, 7,10, and 15 years. This flexibility allows us to orient
the capital structure to meet the project projections.
Private Bridge Loans
Projects with lower LTV’s and needing a quick close, short terms, and collateral
based underwriting are available to AAMGF clients. We place private and semi-private
investor loans for those needing this type of bridge Capital. Investors, developers,
builders, and opportunists benefit from this high impact capital source.
Institutional Bridge Loans
Projects needing short term loans for various purposes can be accommodated with
bridge loans, often associated with a longer term commitment as a follow up. These
loans are beneficial to projects changing owners mid-project, strategic shifts,
